Before diving into our recent updates, we’d first like to highlight our International Report. This comprehensive document explores how to improve access to theatre for young people with fewer opportunities. It outlines the key challenges and needs faced by youth workers and educators when facilitating creative theatre activities for these individuals.

We've been busy during the summer, working on developing the GUIDELINES FOR WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES.
The guidelines are divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, we present the main findings of our international research on how to work with young people with fewer opportunities (with a focus on the theatre context). This is followed by a practical section, which presents tips and concrete activities on how to maintain continuous work with young people and how to promote emotional intelligence among them. The latter is particularly important for their overall personal development. Additionally, you can find some resources for further practical activities.
We're now moving full speed ahead with organizing local trainings, where we will use the guidelines, gather valuable feedback, and refine them for further improvement. Once finalized, the guidelines will be available on our website.

Preden pogledamo novosti, bi radi izpostavili naše mednarodno poročilo. Ta obsežen dokument raziskuje, kako izboljšati dostop do gledališča za mlade z manj priložnostmi. V njem so opisani ključni izzivi in potrebe, s katerimi se soočajo mladinski delavci in pedagogi pri omogočanju ustvarjalnih gledaliških dejavnosti za te posameznike.

Čez poletje pa smo bili zelo zaposleni. Razvijali smo SMERNICE ZA DELO Z MLADIMI Z MANJ PRILOŽNOSTMI.
Smernice so razdeljene na dva dela. V teoretičnem delu predstavljamo glavne ugotovitve našega mednarodnega raziskovanja o delu z mladimi z manj priložnostmi (s posebnim poudarkom na kontekstu gledališča). Temu sledi praktični del, ki ponuja nasvete in konkretne dejavnosti o tem, kako ohraniti stalno delo z mladimi ter kako spodbujati njihovo čustveno inteligenco. Slednje je še posebej pomembno za njihov celostni osebni razvoj. Dodatno lahko najdete nekaj virov za nadaljnje praktične dejavnosti.
Zdaj s polno paro nadaljujemo z organizacijo lokalnih usposabljanj, na katerih bomo uporabljali smernice, zbirali povratne informacije in jih izpopolnjevali za nadaljnje izboljšave. Ko bodo smernice dokončane, bodo na voljo na spletni strani.

Avant de nous plonger dans nos récentes mises à jour, nous aimerions tout d'abord mettre en lumière notre rapport international. Ce document complet explore les moyens d'améliorer l'accès au théâtre pour les jeunes ayant moins d'opportunités. Il souligne les principaux défis et besoins auxquels sont confrontés les animateurs de jeunesse et les éducateurs lorsqu'ils organisent des activités théâtrales créatives pour ces personnes.

Nous avons été très occupés pendant l'été à élaborer les LIGNES DIRECTRICES POUR TRAVAILLER AVEC LES JEUNES AYANT MOINS D'OPPORTUNITÉS.
Ces lignes directrices sont divisées en deux parties. Dans la partie théorique, nous présentons les principaux résultats de notre recherche internationale sur la manière de travailler avec les jeunes ayant moins d'opportunités (en mettant l'accent sur le contexte théâtral). Cette partie est suivie d'une section pratique, qui présente des conseils et des activités concrètes sur la manière de maintenir un travail continu avec les jeunes et de promouvoir l'intelligence émotionnelle chez eux. Cette dernière est particulièrement importante pour leur développement personnel global. En outre, vous trouverez des ressources pour d'autres activités pratiques.
Nous sommes maintenant en train d'organiser des formations locales, au cours desquelles nous utiliserons les lignes directrices, recueillerons des commentaires précieux et les affinerons en vue de les améliorer encore. Une fois finalisées, les lignes directrices seront disponibles sur notre site web.

Voordat we verder ingaan op onze recente updates, willen we eerst ons internationale rapport onder de aandacht brengen. Dit uitgebreide document onderzoekt hoe de toegang tot theater voor kansarme jongeren kan worden verbeterd. Het schetst de belangrijkste uitdagingen en behoeften waarmee jeugdwerkers en opvoeders worden geconfronteerd wanneer ze creatieve theateractiviteiten voor deze mensen faciliteren.

We zijn deze zomer druk bezig geweest met het ontwikkelen van de RICHTLIJNEN VOOR HET WERKEN MET JONGE MENSEN MET MINDER KANSEN.
De richtlijnen zijn verdeeld in twee delen. In het theoretische deel presenteren we de belangrijkste bevindingen van ons internationale onderzoek naar het werken met kansarme jongeren (met een focus op de theatercontext). Dit wordt gevolgd door een praktisch gedeelte, waarin tips en concrete activiteiten worden gepresenteerd over hoe je continu kunt blijven werken met jongeren en hoe je emotionele intelligentie bij hen kunt bevorderen. Dit laatste is vooral belangrijk voor hun algehele persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarnaast vind je een aantal bronnen voor verdere praktische activiteiten.
We zijn nu volop bezig met het organiseren van lokale trainingen, waar we de richtlijnen zullen gebruiken, waardevolle feedback zullen verzamelen en ze zullen verfijnen voor verdere verbetering. Zodra de richtlijnen klaar zijn, zullen ze beschikbaar zijn op onze website.

Hemos tenido mucho trabajo este verano. Desarrollamos y terminamos las GUÍAS PARA TRABAJAR CON JÓVENES CON MENORES OPORTUNIDADES y las tradujimos.
Las guías se dividen en dos partes. En la parte teórica, presentamos las principales conclusiones de nuestra investigación internacional sobre cómo trabajar con jóvenes con menos oportunidades (centrándonos en el contexto teatral). Le sigue una parte práctica, en la que se presentan consejos y actividades concretas sobre cómo mantener un trabajo continuo con la gente jóven y cómo fomentar la inteligencia emocional entre estos grupos. Esta última es especialmente importante para su desarrollo personal general. Al final, encontrarás algunos recursos para otras actividades prácticas.
